01Dispatch and cut-off
All orders ship from Texas. Orders placed before 2 pm CST on business days are dispatched the same day; orders after the cut-off, or placed on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day.
Bank-transfer and cryptocurrency orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.

Delivery times are carrier estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Free standard shipping applies to the order subtotal after any discount.
03Packaging
Every vial is sealed, labelled with its lot number and packed with desiccant in a temperature-stable mailer. Packaging is discreet and plainly labelled.
04Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your label prints. If you have not received it within one business day of ordering, check your spam folder or contact support.
05International orders
We can ship outside the United States. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that each compound may legally be imported into the destination country, and to pay any duties or taxes. We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures. Please talk to support before ordering internationally.
06Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Check your order when it arrives. If a vial is damaged, the wrong compound or strength, or missing, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the vial and packaging.
- We send a replacement, or a refund if you prefer.
- You do not need to return the affected item.
- If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, tell us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
07Returns and refunds
Because we cannot verify how a compound has been stored once it leaves us, research products cannot be returned for change of mind or if no longer needed. This protects the integrity of every lot we ship.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
08Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge until it ships. Email CS@renupep.com with your order number as early as possible — once a label is printed, the order cannot be changed.
