No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply keeps your order history, saved addresses and certificate requests in one place.

Yes, until it ships. Orders placed before 2 pm CST usually leave the same business day, so email CS@renupep.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a label is printed the order cannot be changed.

Yes, for labs and institutions ordering larger research quantities. Send a wholesale enquiry with the compounds and volumes you need and we reply with pricing.

Orders placed before 2 pm CST on business days are dispatched from Texas the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day.

Standard delivery (3–5 business days) is $12.50, and free on orders of $150 or more after discounts. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is $28.00. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.

Vials are sealed, lot-labelled and packed with desiccant in temperature-stable mailers so they arrive in the condition they left.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your label prints. If it has not arrived within a business day of ordering, check your spam folder or contact support.

We ship worldwide. Confirming that a compound can legally be imported into the destination country is the buyer’s responsibility, and customs delays or seizures are outside our control. Talk to support before placing an international order.

Each lot is checked in-house, then analysed by an independent facility before release. Typical purity is ≥99% by HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. The exact figure for your lot is on its certificate.

Yes. Every compound ships against a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for its lot. Request the PDF with your order or lot number and support sends it, usually the same business day.

As a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed glass vial with a flip-off seal, labelled with the compound, strength and lot number.

Lyophilized powder should be kept cool, dry and dark — ideally in a freezer at −20 °C. Once reconstituted, hold at 2–8 °C, avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles and use as soon as practical.

Yes. We may cancel any order we believe is intended for human or animal use, or that breaches our Terms, and refund it in full.

Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If a vial arrives damaged, mislabelled or missing, we replace it or refund it — you do not need to send it back.

Because we cannot verify how a compound was stored once it leaves us, research products cannot be returned for change of mind. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship.
