Reconstitution calculator.
Work out concentration, the volume that holds a target amount, and where that sits on a syringe scale. Arithmetic only — RenuPep does not supply dosing or administration guidance.

Three lines of arithmetic.
Every result above comes from these formulas, shown here with the numbers you entered.
Concentration
amount in vial ÷ solvent volume
Volume for a target amount
target amount ÷ concentration
Syringe units
volume (mL) × 100
Concentration at a glance.
Common vial amounts against common solvent volumes. The cell matching your inputs lights up; values assume the final volume equals the solvent added.

Questions about the arithmetic. For anything about a specific lot, contact support.
Is this a dosing calculator?
No. It performs dilution arithmetic — concentration, volume and syringe graduations — for laboratory work. RenuPep does not provide dosing, preparation-for-use or administration guidance, and our products are not for use in people or animals.
What is a “unit” on a syringe?
On a 100-unit (U-100) syringe, 100 graduations equal 1 mL, so one unit is 0.01 mL. A 0.5 mL syringe carries 50 units and a 0.3 mL syringe 30 units, at the same 0.01 mL per unit.
Does it account for the volume of the powder?
No. It assumes the final volume equals the solvent added. At milligram quantities the lyophilized powder adds very little volume, but follow your own validated protocol where precision matters.
Why does it flag very small or very large draws?
Below two units a reading is hard to take accurately on the scale, and a draw larger than the chosen syringe will not fit it. The flag is a readability check on the arithmetic, nothing more.
Where do I find the exact amount in my vial?
The labelled amount is on the vial, and the analysed content for your lot is on its Certificate of Analysis. Request the COA with your order or lot number.
Calculated. Now source it.
Every vial ships lot-labelled, with the certificate for that lot available on request.
