01Research use only
Every RenuPep product is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory, research and analytical use. Products are labelled “For research use only — not for human or animal use”.
They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease.
02No human or animal use
Products must never be administered to people or animals by any route, used in food, drugs or cosmetics, or used for any clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
03What we will not provide
RenuPep does not provide dosing, preparation, administration or “protocol” guidance for any compound, and support will not answer questions about use in people or animals. Product pages describe research areas and published literature only, and make no claim about the effect of any compound.
The reconstitution calculator performs arithmetic on concentration only.
04Purchaser attestation
Before we accept an order, the purchaser must confirm that they:
- are at least 21 years of age;
- are acquiring products for legitimate laboratory research;
- will not use products on or in people or animals; and
- will store, handle and dispose of products safely and lawfully.
This attestation is recorded against every order. Providing a false attestation is a breach of our Terms.
05Regulatory status
These products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. RenuPep is not a compounding pharmacy or an outsourcing facility as defined under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
06Compliance with laws
Purchasers are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, local and international laws that apply to buying, importing, possessing, handling and using research compounds, including any institutional or licensing requirements.
07Refusal and cancellation
We may refuse, cancel or refund any order, and close any account, where we have reason to believe products are intended for human or animal use, where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where this policy has been breached. Affiliates who promote products for human use are removed from the programme.
08Reporting a concern
If you see RenuPep products promoted or sold for human use, or have any compliance concern, please tell us at CS@renupep.com. We review every report.
