When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm CST on business days are dispatched from Texas the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery (3–5 business days) is $12.50, and free on orders of $150 or more after discounts. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is $28.00. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
How are orders packaged?
Vials are sealed, lot-labelled and packed with desiccant in temperature-stable mailers so they arrive in the condition they left.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed the moment your label prints. If it has not arrived within a business day of ordering, check your spam folder or contact support.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Confirming that a compound can legally be imported into the destination country is the buyer’s responsibility, and customs delays or seizures are outside our control. Talk to support before placing an international order.
