What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or short?
Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If a vial arrives damaged, mislabelled or missing, we replace it or refund it — you do not need to send it back.
Can I return an unopened vial?
Because we cannot verify how a compound was stored once it leaves us, research products cannot be returned for change of mind. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship.
