Ordering
How do I place an order?
Open any compound from the catalog, choose a strength and quantity, and add it to your cart. Checkout is a single page: contact, shipping address, delivery speed, payment and the research-use attestation. You get an order number on screen and a receipt by email.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply keeps your order history, saved addresses and certificate requests in one place.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until it ships. Orders placed before 2 pm CST usually leave the same business day, so email CS@renupep.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a label is printed the order cannot be changed.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, for labs and institutions ordering larger research quantities. Send a wholesale enquiry with the compounds and volumes you need and we reply with pricing.
