01Who we are
This policy explains how RenuPep collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit the site, place an order, contact support or join the affiliate programme. RenuPep is the business responsible for that information.
02What we collect
- Order details — name, email, phone, shipping address, the products you buy and your research-use attestation.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of a card, never the full number.
- Messages — anything you send support, including order and lot numbers.
- Affiliate applications — your contact details, website or channel, and payout details if approved.
- Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected to keep the site working and secure.
03How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including sending tracking and certificates.
- To keep the research-use attestation record required for every order.
- To answer your messages and run the affiliate programme.
- To prevent fraud, misuse and orders that breach our Terms.
- To send restock and product emails — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
04Cookies and local storage
The site uses essential browser storage to remember your cart, your light or dark display preference, and that you have passed the age confirmation for the current session. These are needed for the site to work and are not used for advertising.
If we add analytics, we will describe it here and, where required, ask for your consent first.
05Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery and hosting — under contracts that limit their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires.
06Retention
Order and attestation records are kept for as long as needed for legal, tax and compliance purposes. Support messages and affiliate records are kept while relevant, then deleted or anonymised.
07Security
Checkout is encrypted, access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and payment data never touches our systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.
08Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by contacting us. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under US state privacy laws; we will honour requests as required. We may need to keep some records, such as order attestations, where the law requires.
09Age limit
The site is intended only for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
10Changes and contact
